We offer a range of therapy sessions designed to support your individual needs. Each session includes dedicated time with a qualified therapist, focused entirely on you.

What's included in your session
For each paid session, you receive a full 1-hour therapy session. I also offer an initial free 15-minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to discuss your needs and see if I am the right fit for you.
Payment and booking

Therapy sessions take place in a calm, accessible space in Doncaster town centre, with nearby parking and easy public transport links.
I also offer online therapy, alongside walk and talk sessions in the local area for those who prefer being outdoors.
